Nissin Cup Noodles Seafood and Chili Oil Make a Great Combo

About one year ago, I wrote about the seasoning that goes well with Nissin Cup Noodles Seafood. The Japanese instant ramen is not only one of the most popular instant cup noodles in Japan, but it is also one of the best instant seafood ramen.

I have liked this instant cup ramen since I was a kid.I never get tired of this seafood ramen, but I sometimes want to give it a little bit of kick and add a seasoning or condiment like the ones about which I wrote about a year ago.

Recently I got new information on the seasoning that can make this instant seafood ramen tastier from internet. As the info says that chili oil makes the Nissin’s seafood ramen more delicious, I have prepared the two items to take action this time.

Nissin Cup Noodles Seafood and Chili Oil (Rayu)

Chili oil is known as Rayu (辣油) (Amazon.com) in Japan. Now let’s start cooking !

First, peel off the lid about halfway and pour boiling hot water into the cup.

Close the lid and let the cup sit for 3 minutes.

3 minutes later, remove the lid from the cup.

As a final touch, add chili oil, or Rayu, to the cup.

Stir well, and enjoy !

Chili oil (Rayu) adds depth and spiciness to the taste of Nissin Cup Noodles Seafood

As a result, I found Nissin Cup Noodles Seafood and Rayu make a great combination. The chili oil adds depth and spiciness to the taste of this seafood ramen, and the spicy seasoning makes the instant cup ramen richer in flavor and aroma.

It is better to add quite a bit of Rayu if you like spicy stuff, because a little amount of Rayu can’t make the seafood ramen spicy. If you are interested in this combination, add the chili oil little by little, and enjoy the change of the taste !
