Pepsi Nama Cola using Unheated Raw Cola Spices
When I went to a spa facility the other day, I encountered a cola drink that intrigued me, following the Mitsuya Craft Cola.
After bathing, I was in the mood for something refreshing and chose what to buy at a vending machine and found this Pepsi Nama Cola.
The Nama (生: meaning raw) beverage was sold for 130 yen with unique soft drinks not seen much in other vending machines from various makers.
But I wanted to try the cola most and bought it after all.
Pepsi Nama Cola
Suntory Foods is the sales distributor of Pepsi in Japan, and based on their past announcement,
they introduced this Nama Cola into the market in June of last year (2021) to satisfy customers more following the success of the Japan Cola released in 2019.
This beverage is Nama (生) because it uses unheated raw cola spices as part of its flavoring to pursue a super refreshing taste not seen in the past.
In fact, while the fizz is powerful as always, the Pepsi is not too sweet, and I feel like it refreshes me more than ever.
As the maker claims that this Pepsi has the best refreshing taste ever, it tastes great, and I think this one has the potential to be a favorite of many people.
