Interview with 08-12 (Oh-Eight-Twelve) Magazine

At the end of October 2022, I had an email from a woman named Kara, who had enjoyed reading my blog posts, and in her mail, she asked me if I would be interested in interviewing for her 08-12 Magazine.

To tell the truth (sorry, Kara), I was initially skeptical about her offer because I didn’t know who she was, and she didn’t launch her magazine yet. But after some online research and speaking with her, my doubts were gone.

I found online that she is a beautiful influencer model, and despite having many fans, she was gentle, kind, and passionate about her work. Besides, as she has some connections with Japan, I gladly decided to have an interview with her.

I first heard the debut issue of her 08-12 Magazine features Dagashi treats, and we enjoyed talking about that via email. To my joy, the outcome reached here today, and I couldn’t help but share this with my readers.

Since the first issue of the 08-12 Magazine is officially out on June 2, 2023, I don’t share details, but their research is so fruitful and well done that I think even Japanese people can enjoy and learn a lot from it.
