UHA Reset Gummies that Reduce Fatigue and Stress
In the past years, various soft/non-alcoholic drinks with a fatigue/stress reduction effect have been out in Japan, and the trend finally even comes to gummies.
When I shopped at a supermarket the other day, I found that kind of gummy candy from UHA Mikakuto called Reset Gummy and grabbed it to try.
Reset Gummy from UHA Mikakuto
Based on some online sources, UHA 味覚糖/Mikakuto released a too-sour plum flavor gummy candy called Reset Ume (梅) Gummy in 2020, and these appear to be its successor.
Japanese functional foods and beverages that ease fatigue and stress tend to have plenty of citric acids, which applies to these Reset gummies with 2700 mg of citric acid per bag.
UHA Reset Gummy currently comes in Grape/グレープ and Lemon/レモン flavors, and I bought these for 108 yen per bag.
Both flavors are pretty tart with a springy texture, but the acidity and sourness are quite addicting, and I like them as well as Super C.C. Lemon.
As you can see in the picture, the packages each contain 12 pieces of Reset gummies and weigh 40 grams.
And the maker recommends a bag a day, which results in taking 2700 mg of citric acid in total.
